* 2 tablespoons of fresh  lemon juice

Make your own natural juices or buy ready-made juices with no additives and give your digestive system a rest and cleanse your liver and other internal organs with a nutritious vegetable and fruit juices with a three day juice fast.

The LOVE Detox

The acronym LOVE stands for Live, Organic, Vegan, Experience. This is a 3 day body detox diet that allows participants to enjoy cold pressed, organic juices and raw vegetables. A good body detox choice for those who find a liquid detox diet to difficult.

Probiotic Detox

This body detox diet restores balance to the digestive system. Remove all processed food from the diet for seven days and replace them with foods that are beneficial to the gastrointestinal tract. Eat yogurt that contains live active cultures at least 3 times per day, along with natural foods that are easy to digest, like bananas.
